You never feel less than or inadequate when being trained by her. She taught me the importance of self worth through her training. I used to focus so much on losing weight and just getting the body that I thought was “ideal” and she thought me how to value and respect my body and everything it does. “I started training with Chelsey in 2019 as a complete novice to the strength and conditioning game. As a novice there is a risk of injury if you don’t have a skilled coach guiding you step by step on each of the exercises and movements. I can happily say, whilst training with Chelsey I was injury free and got stronger after every session. With her patient and loving manner and methodical mindset she taught me a lot about technique and doing things right.
