  • How much do you charge?

    For in-person personal training, it is £65 per session. For remote coaching, it is £99 per month.

  • Where do you hold the sessions?

    I coach out of a gym called Apex Fitness LDN. The address is Unit 3 Glenville Mews, London SW18 4NJ

  • How does the free trial work?

    The first session is completely free of charge - whether you choose to continue or not!

  • What should I expect during a trial session?

    For your first session, we’ll start with a conversation about your current fitness levels & your goals.

    From there, we will warm up and then get to lifting! The session will all depend on your current fitness level, so if this is your first time lifting we’ll spend a lot of time focusing on technique first.

  • What does a typical session look like?

    Every session is different, and I tailor each session to the individual.

    We’ll start with a warm-up then go into the main lift for the day. I focus on the compound lifts: deadlifts, squats, bench press, etc. Or if you’re doing Oly lifting, snatch, clean, jerk etc.

    Then we will do accessories exercises, isolating specific muscle groups. And finally we’ll end off with a 5-10 minute conditioning piece to get your heart rate up.

  • I am out of shape - is that okay?

    Yes! That is what PT is for, to help you get fitter and stronger. It doesn’t matter where your starting point is!

  • How does remote coaching work?

    First we start off with a consultation call where we discuss your goals and your availability.

    Then I’ll design a program for you, hosted on the Train Heroic app where you’ll be able to track your workouts and progress!

    You complete the workouts on your own time, at your own pace. You can send in videos to get form checks throughout the week.

  • What is included in the £99/month fee for remote coaching?

    This includes your bespoke program, unlimited form checks throughout the week, and depending on you either a weekly, biweekly, or monthly call to check in.
