I grew up believing my worth was tied to my appearance, constantly dieting to meet unrealistic beauty standards. It was exhausting. In 2016, I found a gym focused on strength —not weight loss—and everything changed.

For the first time, I enjoyed working out. I started eating enough, set goals unrelated to weight, and started valuing what my body could do instead of how it looked.

I’m passionate about fitness, feminism, and dismantling diet culture. For too long, I hated my body—and I was tired of it.

I know there are countless women out there who, like I once did, feel trapped in the cycle of self-hate and dieting. That’s why I became a coach—to offer a space where women can embrace fitness and strength for their own sake, not for the pursuit of weight loss or appearance.

This is about more than just building muscle. It’s about reclaiming your body, your strength, and your worth.
