About Me


Hey! I’m Chelsey (aka Chalk), and I love lifting heavy things & coaching people how to lift heavy things! I love seeing my clients fall in love with strength training and how empowering it is. 

The fitness industry can be a pretty toxic place, especially for women. My belief is that exercise should ADD to your life, not take away from it. It should be fun, challenging, and something that you look forward to every day! I believe that training should leave you feeling empowered, not defeated.

My coaching style combines encouragement, support, and thoughtful guidance. While I’ll challenge you (you’ll definitely put on a sweat!), my main goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel safe to grow.

Together, we’ll focus on what your body can do, not just how it looks.
